Processing method

  1. Measure from the beginning and end toward audible content.
  2. Keep the requested padding at each edge.
  3. Leave every internal pause unchanged.
  4. Export the retained range as a new WAV.

  • Background noise can make an automatic edge ambiguous.
  • The visible start and end should be checked before export.
